- Oyster bag weight 1.00-1.20 kg, it is consist of sawdust, rice bran and spawn
- Light: avoid sunlight, indoor nature light is fine
- Temperature: 10-25 degrees range
- Humidity: 80-90
- Ventilation place
- A bucket where the oyster mushrooms grow inside

Step1
Please ensure that you read through these instructions thoroughly before beginning your mushroom growing
Step2
A bathroom or laundry is a great spot to grow oyster. Oyster mushroom will grow best where the humidity level is very high.
Step3
Use knife to cut off the top of the bag leaving approx. 2 cm of plastic around the edge.
Step4
Place the oyster logs in a bucket, spray clean water with a spray bottle on top surface.
Step5
Use a wet towel cover 4/5 of bucket top. This will help to increase the humidity inside the bucket.
Step6
It takes 5-7 days before oyster coming out and 5-7 days to grow up.
Step7
Spray water 1-2 times on oyster bags dairy and keep towel wet all the time.
Step8
Harvest
- Remove oyster mushrooms by cutting at the bottom of the stem when they are 5cm 8cm or even bigger.
- Clean the oyster bag surface.
Step9
Leave the oyster logs without water for up to 2 weeks, this will give the fungus a chance to gather more nutrients for growing.
Step10
Repeat step4 to step10 for another flush
Step11
Each of oyster log has the potential to produce up to 400g of fresh oyster mushroom. It will grow in 3-5 flushes over a period of 8-10 weeks.

Step1

A bathroom or laundry is a great spot to grow shiitake. Shiitake mushrooms will grow best where the humidity level is very high.
Step3
Remove all plastic packing from your shiitake mushroom log and discard.
Step4
Place the shitake logs in a bucket, spray clean water with a spray bottle on them.
Step5
Use a wet towel cover 4/5 of bucket top. This will help to increase the humidity inside the bucket.
Step6
It takes 5-10 days before shiitake coming out and 5-7 days to grow up.

Spray water 1-2 times on shitake logs dairy and keep towel wet all the time.

Harvest
- Pick up the shitake size 4cm-10cm or even bigger, clean the shiitake log surface
- Cut off stem, leave stem 1. 5cm long
Step9
Leave the shiitake log without water for up to 2 weeks, this will give the fungus a chance to gather more nutrients for growing.
Step10
Place the shiitake log into the water and submerge for at least 12 hours in the bucket to produce next flush.
Step11
Each of shiitake logs has the potential to produce up to 500g of fresh shiitake mushroom. It will grow in 3-5 flushes over a period of 8-10 weeks.
Repeat step4 to step10
