Kenon Mushrooms was established in 2005 and is the earliest and largest Asian mushroom producer in Queensland, Australia.

Kenon Mushroom has three farms that produce oyster mushroom, shiitake mushroom, and mushroom substrate bags.

Kenon Mushroom has more than 2,200 square meters of mushroom growing sheds and can produce more than 2 tons of various mushrooms per week.

In addition to producing fresh mushrooms, Kenon Mushroom also imports and sells Enoki,King oyster,shimeji mushrooms, etc.

Kenon Mushroom has cooperated with Australia's QUT, UQ, CQU universities and relevant government departments to develop and put into practical production a number of scientific research results, including the production of Asian mushrooms by using sugarcane bagasse as substrate material, smart mushroom container, mushroom processing precooked dishes, and recycling mushroom waste, etc. These achievements and technologies are Australia's first and leading.
